DUTIES

• Liaise between Project managers, Drafters, and factory foreman.
• Coordinating production runs.
• Follow our procedure and ensure quality checks are met and production meets the schedule.
• Confident in problem-solving.
• Daily production reviews and capacity planning.
• To stay two steps ahead of the game.
• Booking paint shop and deliveries.
• Managing Inventory

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• 4 years experience in production management within a joinery business or running a joinery business.
• Excellent people skills
• Presentable appearance
• Sound computer skills, working with Jobman scheduling and capacity planning.
• Calm and organised nature
• Excellent communicator
