As one of the leading Ready-To-Move custom home builders in Western Canada, Jade Homes is well known for its unique designs, quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and outgoing Production Coordinator to join our team. Do you enjoy organizing and checking things off your to do list? Working closely with our production supervisor and the Jade Homes team you will help schedule and push production timelines. EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

• 3- 4 years experience in customer service, sales or home building is an asset but not required
• Drafting or a strong knowledge of Construction is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to read, understand, interpret and explain building plans is an asset
• Proficient working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Highly motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional attitude with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and team members
• Exceptional ability to communicate and organize projects from start to completion
• Must be able to work independently with a demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize tasks, deadlines and client appointments
• Exceptional ability and drive to positively represent the company when corresponding with clients, vendors and the team

• Scheduling/managing production timelines with different trades while following the schedule
• Booking and looking after service work
• Purchasing and ordering for the selections of the homes
• Collaborating with the design/sales team, to make sure everything is built and documented to the customers wishes.
