Accountable to the Director of Maintenance, the Production Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the production staff and planning the schedules for incoming and outgoing aircraft. The Production Manager is the primary point of contact for the maintenance staff and supervises the leads, mechanics, and apprentices.
