Are you a Production Manager or similar from a Joinery background looking for a unique opportunity to play a key part in the ongoing success of a rapidly growing, tight-knit company who work on high end projects, offering the autonomy to make the role your own and fast progression to Director?
This rapidly growing joinery company work on a broad range of high end commercial and residential projects. They have seen major growth since their establishment in 2021 and are now looking to bring in a production manager to keep up with their ongoing expansion.
This is a varied role where no two days will be the same. You will be a key part of the senior leadership team, working closely with the MD and Workshop Manager, as you oversee schedules, liaise with suppliers and customers, support junior team members and play a key part in ongoing projects.
This autonomous role would suit someone from a Production leadership background within Joinery looking to join a fast growing company where you can make your mark on the business and continually develop to director roles.

The Role:

• Check and update schedules
• Work closely with MD and Workshop Manager
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers
• Oversee ongoing projects
• Generate quotes and price jobs
• Monday-Friday 08:30-16:30 (some flexibility in hours)
• Ongoing progression to director as company grows

The Person:

• Production Manager / Team Leader or similar
• Joinery background
• Commutable to City of London
