About the Role: As aProduction Manager at the customer, you will be responsible for leading anddeveloping a part of the production operations. You will ensure that productiondelivers according to set goals for quality, delivery precision and efficiency,while driving improvement initiatives and developing the team. The roleinvolves close collaboration with departments such as Industrialization,Production Development, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain and Planning. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach your production team towards common goals Ensure that deliveries are of the right quality, are delivered on time, and are implemented efficiently Initiate and drive improvement projects in processes, flows and working methods Work actively with skills development and team satisfaction Participate in strategic planning and contribute to long-term development of production capacity Requirements: Documentedexperience of leadership in production, preferably in electronics or advancedassembly Relevant technical education, such as a Bachelor of Engineering orequivalent Good understanding of Lean, quality systems and improvement work Ability to communicate clearly and inspiringly, in both Swedish andEnglish Experience of working in a cross-functional organization Characteristics: We valuecharacteristics such as ownership, initiative, willingness to cooperate andstructure. You are a confident leader who enjoys creating commitment anddeveloping both people and processes. You are solution-oriented, have astrategic perspective and are used to managing change. The position is on-sitewith limited opportunities to work from home, some travel may occur.
