With over 20 years serving aerospace OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, we are expanding our team to support growth in complex machining, special processes, and new program launches.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a seasoned Production Manager with strong aerospace and CNC machining experience to oversee day-to-day operations on our shop floor. Reporting directly to senior management, you will lead production planning, scheduling, and team development, ensuring quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently achieved.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in aerospace manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership/management role.
  • Strong background in CNC machining (5-axis milling, turning, multi-axis programming exposure).
  • Proven track record managing production teams in a high-mix, low-volume aerospace environment.
  • Deep understanding of aerospace quality systems, AS9100D, and OEM approval requirements.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems, capacity planning, and shop floor scheduling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree/diploma preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all machining, production, and assembly activities in a multi-shift aerospace environment.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop production supervisors, CNC machinists, and support staff.
  • Translate customer demand and engineering requirements into efficient production schedules.
  • Drive productivity improvements through process optimization, tooling strategies, and lean practices.
  • Ensure adherence to AS9100D, ISO 9001, and Controlled Goods Program requirements.
  • Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing to resolve issues, improve manufacturability, and reduce downtime.
  • Monitor KPIs (OEE, on-time delivery, scrap, rework, efficiency) and report regularly to management.
  • Support new program launches, equipment investments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Uphold and model a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
