Full job description

Production manager needed in factory. Roles include/not limited to:

-Plan and organize daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

- Supervise production workers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

- Monitor the production process, from raw material preparation to packaging.

- Ensure products meet quality standards and food safety requirements per HACCP.

- Control production costs, minimize waste, and improve productivity within the factory.

- Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained and coordinate repairs when needed.

- Be able to train, coach, and evaluate production staff.

- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety policies. - Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC), Warehouse, Procurement, and Sales departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Investigate production problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Pay: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
