Mark Tuckey is seeking a skilled and hands-on Production Manager to join our team in Thornbury, VIC.
This is a full-time role ideal for a confident leader who thrives in a workshop environment and is passionate about quality, process, and people.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our made-to-order furniture is produced to the highest standard, on time and with care.

• Lead and support a team of skilled makers on the workshop floor
• Schedule daily and weekly workflows across multiple departments
• Manage production timelines, custom orders, and quality control
• Use software to update production progress, manage orders, and track inventory
• Liaise daily with Sales, Customer Service, Despatch, and Production teams
• Oversee ordering of raw materials and consumables from suppliers
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
• Monitor performance, promote safety, and foster a positive team culture
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement
