Description
Description The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations in a printing screen production environment. This role leads a team of approximately 15 employees and is responsible for meeting safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives. The position requires a hands-on leader who can organize work, support employees, and maintain consistent manufacturing standards. At this time, we are hiring for 1st shift (6:00am - 2:30pm) as well as 2nd shift (2:00-10:30pm). Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for printing screen manufacturing • Assign labor, prioritize work orders, and ensure production schedules are met • Lead, train, and support a team of approximately 15 production employees • Monitor production performance, quality, and efficiency • Enforce standard work instructions, quality requirements, and company policies • Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment • Support continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts • Communicate production status, issues, and needs to management • Perform daily production-related data entry into Excel and other systems Requirements Qualifications • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, either as a supervisor, lead, or senior operator • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel required) • Daily data entry and reporting in Excel is required • MRP and ERP system experience is a plus • Strong communication, organization, and people leadership skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production setting • Must be eligible to work in an ITAR-regulated manufacturing environment
