Production Manager (Revised 11/20/2023) Reports To: General Manager Purpose: To ensure the smooth and cost-effective operations in the manufacturing, shipping, and other production support operations. Job Duties: Enter and validate production data using SAP, ERP and other warehouse management systems. -Analyze, report, and correct production data including usage transactions, production process errors, and quantity transactions to support manufacturing efficiency. -Maintain product structures in the inventory system. -Monitor product quality. -Directly supervise team with daily objectives, maintaining daily reports. -Maintain consistent and reliable and reliable transfer for information between all departments and personnel. -Lead, mentor, and motivate your production team to achieve goals. -Oversee production schedules, ensuring timelines are met. -Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. -Collaborate across departments for seamless operations. -Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills. -Strong leadership and team building skills. -Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts as needed Skills/Qualifications: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in production Leadership skills, Communication Skills Problem Solving Skills, Computer Operations -Microsoft, Word and ERP Systems. Manufacturing Experience (Technical knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes). Read drawings/blue-prints, Understand fabrication flow. This is a Salary Position- ($60k-$100k) DOE
