Job Title: Production Manager - Camps

Location: Head Office
Job Summary The Production Manager for Camps is responsible for the planning, logistics, and execution of all holiday camp operations. This includes overseeing equipment management, non-sporting activities, procurement, and the smooth delivery and retrieval of camp materials. The role ensures quality, consistent experiences across all camp locations while supporting operational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans for the execution of holiday camps across multiple locations.
  • Design, source, and schedule engaging non-sporting activities suitable for a range of age groups.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular stock checks.
  • Prepare all admin materials for use by onsite camp staff
  • Prepare all equipment and supplies for each camp.
  • Coordinate timely delivery of equipment and supplies to camp sites.
  • Oversee set up and pack up for all locations
  • Organise retrieval of all equipment and materials post camp and manage their return to storage.
  • Liaise with internal departments and camp staff to ensure all logistics and planning run smoothly.
  • Liaise with clients and site steams where necessary.
