2.0 FUNCTIONAL ROLE
2.1 The function of the Production Manager is to Manage the Production Through the Todd’s Liquid Products Plant. Production includes all production lines from filler through ready to ship.
6.0 DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the Production Quality and Quantity of Work Through the
Liquid Food Production Facility.
Responsible for Ensuring the Safe Operation of Work Centers Under Supervision
Ensures all Quality Control Mandates are Followed by Direct Reports and
Actively Monitors and Models Quality Control Behavior
Supports Work Center Production by Ensuring Staged Materials Are Moved in and out of Work Centers as Needed to Keep Production Moving Forward
Ensures Quality Control Recommendations are Communicated with Work Center
Leads and Are Implemented into Work Center Processes
Reviews Time Studies with Management and Implements Time Saving Solutions
In Supervised Work Centers as Needed to Achieve Production Targets.
Conducts Peer Reviews and Evaluations of Performance for Positions Under Direct Supervision.
Responsible for Reporting any Incidents or Accidents in Supervised Work Areas
to Human Resources, Quality Control, and/or Engineering as Required by
Company Guidelines.
Works with Engineering/Operational Manager to Set Up Work Center Production and to Maximize Efficiencies Through the Work Center.
Other Related Duties as Requested by Management
