This includes both hourly and salary production roles. * Fulfill the duties of the Facility Manager in his/her absence. * Serve as liaison between the production personnel and staff on matters of communication, decisions, and policies. * Prioritizes, schedules, and delegates work assignments. * Ensure the continuous improvement of methods and processes. * Ensure compliance with all company safety standards, housekeeping programs, work rules and regulations, providing a safe and clean workplace and complying with all regulatory agencies by leading by example and following up. * Participate and support food safety auditing in a timely manner. * Communicate with procurement regarding raw material needs or deficiencies. What We're Looking For * Four- year degree preferred. * Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management. * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Previous management/supervisory experiences a must. * Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent communication skills including interpersonal, written and verbal.
