• Take ownership of the operation, ensuring jobs are completed and shipped without shortages.
• Work closely with the Production Manager to meet production targets, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Manage workflow against the production schedule and communicate any delays or issues as early as possible.
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with Purchasing to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Ensure production records, quality checks, paint test records, titration tests, oven logs, and other required documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Drive a culture of teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and high standards.
• Support the implementation of new ideas, processes, and improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Ensure team members follow all company procedures, quality standards, and ISO9001 requirements.
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Lead by example, maintaining a professional attitude and positive working environment.
