Salary: $28/h - $35/h
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the painting industry, with a strong preference for those with 5 years plus experience. The Production Manager will contribute to the success by directing the production team to meet customer needs and achieve standards related to cost, line efficiencies, waste, safety and productivity.

• Manage the work teams in the field
• Ensure projects are running smoothly
• Give work instructions and make sure they are followed
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and production standards
• Maintain records of production, materials and budget
• Complete production, quality and inventory forms
• Ensure that work is completed to the highest standards and that clients are satisfied with the final product
• Communicate daily progress reports with operations manager
• Train and mentor junior painters on painting techniques and industry standards
