Recently acquired by the Nutriment Group, as we expand our operations, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead our production function and ensure excellence across every shift.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Production Manager, you will take charge of the entire production operation – from team leadership and resource planning to quality control and continuous improvement. You’ll play a vital role in delivering on our production targets, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and collaboration.

Working Hours: 5am-3pm, Mon-Fri

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, develop, and inspire production teams across all shifts
• Drive performance to meet production targets and efficiency goals
• Oversee purchasing of raw materials, ensuring timely procurement and cost control
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food safety, and HACCP standards
• Coordinate planning, QA, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and daily production performance
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and enhance productivity
• Support stock control, supplier management, and budget oversight
