REQUIREMENTS:

• 8–10 years’ experience in joinery/fit-out production, with at least 3 years in management.
• Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing, CNC operations, and finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret shop/technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with ERP/workflow tracking systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Technical Certification in Carpentry/Joinery/Production.
• 6–8 years’ joinery production experience, with at least 2 years supervisory.
• Strong technical knowledge of woodworking machinery and finishing standards.
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee end-to-end production activities.
• Supervise carpenters, fabricators, painters, and electricians.
• Review technical drawings and coordinate with design & procurement teams.
• Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are efficiently allocated.
• Monitor production quality, timelines, and workflow systems.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards in the workshop.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and resolve production challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily workshop floor operations as per drawings and schedules.
• Allocate manpower and monitor team performance.
• Resolve technical issues with carpenters, operators, and finishers.
• Inspect products for quality compliance at different stages.
• Support safety implementation and staff adherence to HSE rules.
• Report progress and material usage to Production Manager.
