JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production/project management and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires experience in various production methodologies. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality control standards, and optimizing supply chain management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Professional background in Manufacturing, Construction, Oil & Gas or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques and principles of continuous improvement.
• Excellent mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Experience in quality control processes and operations management within a production setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data related to supply chain management.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

• Lead and manage all aspects of production operations to ensure timely delivery of products while meeting quality standards.
• Develop and implement production planning strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
• Develop & Implement process/systems for effective inventory management and production scheduling.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with supply chain analytics teams to streamline supply chain processes and improve overall performance.
• Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Oversee quality control measures to guarantee that products meet established specifications.
• Manage plant operations, including assembly processes, to ensure optimal performance across all departments.
