JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production/project management and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires experience in various production methodologies. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality control standards, and optimizing supply chain management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional background in Manufacturing, Construction, Oil & Gas or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques and principles of continuous improvement.
  • Excellent mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
  • Experience in quality control processes and operations management within a production setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data related to supply chain management.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
