We are currently seeking an energetic, hands-on, and results-driven Production Manager to lead our production operations. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing daily plant production activities, driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and developing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment, enjoys leading people, and has a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Lead and supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and customer service objectives are achieved. * Direct and support a team of 50+ production, maintenance, and support employees. * Plan, organize, and coordinate workflow across multiple departments to meet production schedules and customer requirements. * Monitor staffing levels, labor utilization, and departmental performance to maximize productivity. * Establish clear communication and accountability throughout the production team. * Partner with the Plant Manager to recruit, train, develop, and retain employees. * Conduct employee coaching, performance evaluations, and corrective action as needed. * Monitor production metrics, quality standards, attendance, safety practices, and operational performance. * Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and quality. * Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Support plant operations as needed and perform additional responsibilities assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS * 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, distribution, industrial laundry, or related environment. * Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Results-oriented with a hands-on leadership style. * Comfortable working throughout the production floor and occasionally performing physical job functions. * Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. * Military leadership and operations experience is highly valued.
