What You’ll Own Oversee day-to-day production operations for roofing, siding, gutter, and exterior projects Build and maintain an industry-leading customer experience Schedule crews, materials, inspections, and subcontractors Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety Communicate with homeowners on timelines and updates Work closely with sales to ensure smooth project handoff Resolve production challenges quickly and effectively Track project progress and maintain accurate records Maintain strong vendor and subcontractor relationships You’ll lead by example — ensuring high-quality execution while coaching your team to perform at top levels.
