Responsibilities
  • The Production Manager will lead, manage, and hire employees to ensure the safe and high-quality production of products for the customer
  • As a Production Manager, you will lead daily, weekly, and/or monthly review processes to track and reinforce progress against action plans
  • You will be responsible for the development of a maintenance-centered organizational structure that focuses on equipment uptime and operator feedback to maximize a coordinated, involved team approach to manufacturing
  • You will actively utilize Lean tools to eliminate waste and implement process improvement strategies in plant manufacturing operations
  • Additionally, you will work on building highly effective production teams through team building, establishing a clear communication cadence, and providing ongoing coaching
  • Other duties as assigned
