Description We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead end-to-end operations within our coffee roastery. This role oversees roasting, packaging, inventory management, quality assurance, food safety compliance, and production staff to ensure consistent product excellence and on-time fulfillment for wholesale and retail partners. You will drive operational efficiency, cost control, and quality standards while collaborating closely with senior leadership and corporate teams to support product launches and company growth. Key responsibilities include planning and forecasting production, maintaining roast profile integrity through cupping and sensory evaluation, managing green and finished goods inventory, supervising and developing production staff, and ensuring OSHA and food safety compliance. This role also oversees equipment maintenance, delivery logistics, vendor and wholesale account relationships, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful rollouts and timely product distribution. A hands-on leadership approach and commitment to safety, organization, and continuous improvement are essential. Requirements Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of coffee roasting or food production management experience, strong knowledge of roast profiling and inventory systems, and experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Google Suite and Cropster is preferred. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in both manufacturing and retail environments.
