JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee our sandwich panel manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for managing personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production, while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in production management, ideally in sandwich panel manufacturing or construction materials.
• Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Sandwich Panel or cladding: 8 years (Required)

• Plan and supervise daily and weekly production activities to achieve output targets.
• Control production costs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage workforce scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee machinery maintenance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Implement quality control processes and resolve production-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and logistics departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Generate regular reports and lead initiatives for continuous process improvement.
