REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years in a production or manufacturing management role, preferably in steel fabrication or construction-related industries.
• Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes (e.g., cutting, CNC operations).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Production Manager will be responsible for the effective management and coordination of the steel manufacturing process at Shanette. This role ensures the timely delivery of high-quality products while upholding the company’s safety, cost, and productivity standards. The Production Manager will lead a team of fabricators, and operatives, and work closely with design, procurement, and logistics functions to streamline operations.
