The roles will be stationed in overseas production sites and be responsible for managing the production site, maximizing production output & efficiency as well as taking part in improvement projects. Job Description Organize and supervise the site operations to achieve company’s business objectives. Monitor processes of production (printing), assembly, picking and packing. Ensure operational efficiency. Solve or report any practical and order problems in production. Monitor performance of the outsourced service provider. Implement the SOPs and make suggestions when necessary. Perform staff training, team supporting and coaching. As a first point of contact for logistics issue. As a contact point between HK logistics team and CN logistics service providers. Requirement Tertiary Education/Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or other related discipline. 5+ years of working experience in production management/operations management. Team working. Good analytical and problem solving skills, good communication skill, fast-paced learner.
Responsibilities
The Production Manager will be responsible for organizing and supervising site operations to meet business objectives, monitoring all production processes including printing, assembly, picking, and packing to ensure efficiency. This role also involves solving production problems, monitoring outsourced providers, implementing SOPs, and handling logistics coordination.
