Daily Responsibilities:

• Ability to perform diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on vehicles
• Work closely with the Service Manager to dispatch work flow
• Create process and follow up with staff regarding warranty compliance
• Assist customers and fellow technicians to diagnose concerns
• Road test with customers to ensure their concerns are understood
• Work with Service manager to establish process to improve customer satisfaction index and fix it right the first time percentages.
• Ability to test systems and components to verify functionality
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy when diagnosing and repairing vehicles
• Follow a checklist when completing inspections
• Ability to perform a 4-wheel alignment
• Ability to utilize an ac machine
• Proficient working with scanners
• Review and discuss required work with Service Advisors
• Mentor, coach and train and support the growth of apprentices
• A passion for delivering 1st class customer service
• Fix it right the first-time attitude

Must have Credentials and Qualities:
·· Experience working on Hyundai Product a bonus but not necessary
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong work ethic
· Ability to work in a high paced environment
· Excellent organizational skill
· Ability to problem solve
· Ability to multi task when required
· Ability to lift 50-70 pounds
· Ability to stand on feet all day
· Must have own tools
· Must possession a valid driver’s license
· Must have a safe driving history
Compensation: Salary / Flat rate / Bonus
