We are a leading shopfitting manufacturing company seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our factory production.
You will ensure all units and components are ready ahead of schedule and defect-free.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Relevant qualification
• Extensive knowledge of power tools (Skill Saw, Mitre Saw, Jigsaw) and hand tools
• Ability to read joinery plans and create cutting lists
• Proficiency with board and timber machining equipment (Spindle Moulders, Surface Planners, Thicknessers, CNC, Beam Saw)
• Understanding of technical specifications
• Ability to deliver high-quality workmanship from high-end kitchens to stock room shelving

REQUIREMENTS:

• Punctual (work hours: 7:30 AM start)
• Willingness to assist as needed

• Lead workshop staff and maintain a disciplined environment
• Open and close the factory (Monday to friday; occasionally on Saturdays)
• Ensure health and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the factory
