You’ve run printers, dealt with installs, solved bad files, and kept jobs moving without drama. You don’t need babysitting and you don’t want chaos. We are rebuilding our production department and need a steady hand who values quality, clear communication, and accountability. What You’ll Be Responsible For Managing daily production flow (printing, finishing, installs) Scheduling jobs realistically and communicating delays early Overseeing large-format printers, laminators, cutters, and finishing Quality control before anything leaves the shop Trouble shooting best solutions to facilitate quotation process Coordinating installs and prepping crews Working with sales and design to catch problems early Training and guiding production staff Maintaining a clean, safe, organized shop What You Are Not Responsible For Sales quotas Customer hand-holding Design creation (you flag issues, you don’t fix bad design alone) HR discipline without management backing Doing everything yourself You will have authority and support. Problems escalate upward, not sideways.
