Job Title: Production Manager
We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team-we will train.
Production Manager will be responsible for allocating labor resources, tracking production schedules and cost adjustments to ensure everything runs smoothly. They make receiving raw materials or shipping final goods happen as efficiently as possible.
This is a full time position for 40 hours. Your regular schedule will be Mon-Fri 6:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Starting at $22.50 per hour this will be an non-exempt salaried employee status. We provide uniforms.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred

Experience:

• Industry-related: 1 year (Required

• Oversee and manage the production process in a warehouse setting
• Ensure that production goals and targets are met efficiently and effectively
• Coordinate and schedule production activities to optimize workflow
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials and supplies
• Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve productivity
• Troubleshoot any production issues or equipment malfunctions
