Responsibility: Directly manage the manufacturing/production process, and floor staff
Reports to: Head of Operations
Location: Gatwick Head Office (Crawley)
Compensation: Competitive Salary. 20 Days Paid Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays

DOCUMENTATION & COMPLIANCE

• Ensure accurate completion and retention of Batch Manufacturing Records and Batch Packaging Records.
• Maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, and training records; control document versions with QA.
• Support recalls/mock recalls and mass-balance exercises to standard.

  Site-based: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00

ROLE PURPOSE

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Production Manager will take full ownership of day-to-day factory output and standards across powders and liquids manufacturing (mixing, blending, filling, labelling, pouching/bottling). Plan and run production to a tight schedule, maintain NetSuite ERP data integrity and work orders, lead the production team to hit KPIs, and ensure health & safety and food safety compliance (HACCP/GMP). You’ll work closely with Warehouse & Logistics and Purchasing & Supply Chain to ensure materials are on-site and the plan is executed to meet D2C, Amazon, wholesale, and international distributor demand.
