We are seeking a Production Manager for a direct hire, long term opportunity in Irvine, CA. Pay: $70-80K (depending on experience) Overview: Plan, organize, and supervise the execution of both recurring landscape maintenance and one-time enhancement projects. Opportunities for rapid career advancement Responsibilities for Production Manager: Develop and implement detailed maintenance and production schedules for crews. Monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service quality aligns with client contracts and company standards. Support account managers in developing detailed job service plans for clients. Address client complaints and concerns promptly to ensure complete satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales or account management team to identify and estimate opportunities for landscape enhancements or upselling additional services. Lead a safety-oriented culture and ensure all field staff adhere to company and OSHA safety standards. Conduct regular safety training and site audits. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of any incidents, accidents, or safety violations. Qualifications for Production Manager: Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field, with proven experience in managing and supervising crews. Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of horticulture, landscape maintenance best practices, irrigation systems, and groundskeeping equipment. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is often preferred. Licensing: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical requirements Ability to perform strenuous manual labor and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
