Salary/rate: Hourly (Competitive) including 25 Days paid holiday + bank holidays
Requirements: 40-hour week, Monday – Friday (8:00am – 4:30pm). Option to finish at lunchtime on Friday if hours are achieved. Overtime rate x1.5.

About the role: Seeking a highly organised and skilled Production Manager to join our team. As a Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of the production process. Your primary responsibilities will include creating efficient production schedules, supervising production processes, driving efficiency improvement throughout the manufacturing processes, along with leading a health & safety driven environment.
Develop and implement effective production schedules to optimise efficiency and meet production targets
Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure smooth and timely execution of projects
Hands on effective man management
Ensure that production equipment is regularly inspected and well-maintained to guarantee smooth operations and minimise downtime
Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols across all production processes to maintain a safe working environment
Implement quality control measures to uphold product standards and identify areas for improvement
Provide effective leadership to production staff, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing productivity
Analyse production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimisation
Review team skill requirements and ensure cross training is maintained to enable a multiskilled team
