POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled, hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily operations of our Superior Walls precast manufacturing plant. This leadership role is vital to maintaining product quality, driving production efficiency, and ensuring safety compliance. You’ll work closely with our plant and field teams to ensure our products meet exacting standards and our deadlines are consistently met.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in precast or construction production leadership (preferred).
• Strong understanding of concrete and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and production plans.
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, labor-intensive environment.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to safety.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Lead, train, and motivate the production team on daily tasks and long-term goals.
• Coordinate and schedule production based on project timelines and shipping requirements.
• Oversee form setup, rebar placement, concrete pouring, and panel finishing.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance (QA/QC) standards and safety protocols.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and coordinate with procurement as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with field install teams to align production with install needs.
• Report daily progress to senior management and communicate production challenges proactively.
