EXPERIENCE:

• 4+ years in the landscaping industry, with hands-on experience in both maintenance and property enhancement.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role overseeing multiple crews.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques, tools, and materials.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical stamina to perform occasional hands-on tasks if needed.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, scheduling software, etc.).

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed
