The Role The Production Supervisor at TechPoint will lead a team of production operatives in the manufacture of electronic assemblies, PCBs and sub‐assemblies in a fast‐paced environment. They ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, cost, quality and safety. Responsibilities Organise and oversee daily operations to meet output, quality and delivery targets. Allocate tasks to team members based on the production schedule and skill sets. Ensure that all team members understand and follow work instructions, assembly procedures, and quality standards Act as the first point of contact for resolving issues Support training and development of operatives — coach new staff, reinforce best practices, and monitor performance. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and teamwork. Report any delays, issues, or quality concerns to the Production Supervisor or relevant departments. Ensure work areas are maintained to 5S standards — clean, organised, and safe at all times. Ensure all timesheets are checked and approved About you Prior experience in a production or assembly environment, preferably electronics. Proven leadership or team coordination experience. Strong understanding of production processes and quality standards Good communication skills — able to motivate team members and liaise with other departments.
