Description
  • Requirements:Minimum 8–10 years experience in plastic manufacturing / industrial production.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in production management or factory operations.
  • Experience in blow molding, rotational molding, extrusion, or injection molding is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Polymer/Plastic Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Diploma / technical qualification may be accepted for candidates with strong plastic manufacturing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, machine operation, manpower control, quality control, and maintenance coordination.
  • UAE / GCC experience is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, reporting, and cost-control skills.
