QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingue – Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
  • Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de production, de préférence en production vidéo et/ou en marketing.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Maîtrise d’un logiciel de gestion de projets (Zoho Projects est un atout).
  • Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et en leadership.
  • Bonne connaissance du processus de production vidéo, du scénario à la diffusion.
  • Esprit de résolution de problèmes et capacité à travailler sous pression.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Bilingual Production Manager to oversee and coordinate our video production and marketing projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented leader with strong communication skills, fluent in both English and French, and experienced in managing complex production schedules. Proficiency in Zoho Projects or similar project management software is a strong asset.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual – Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in production management, preferably in video production and/or marketing.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management software (Zoho Projects experience is a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with the video production process, from script to screen.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of media industry best practices, legal considerations, and emerging trends.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of video production and marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Liaise between creative teams, technical crews, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Lead project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders in both English and French.
  • Oversee location bookings, permits, contracts, and equipment logistics.
  • Ensure quality control at all stages of production, from pre-production through final delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Use Zoho Projects (or similar) to track tasks, timelines, and team collaboration.
  • Support the marketing team in campaign rollout, asset delivery, and performance tracking.
