We’re seeking a hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily operations, purchasing, and inventory. You’ll lead supervisors and production staff, ensure schedules are met, and drive process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

• Schedule and oversee daily production & shipping
• Hire, train, and support supervisors and team members
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and prevent supply issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost savings
