REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment
· Proven leadership or management experience is essential
· Strong knowledge and practical application of lean principles

· Oversee all aspects of production during your shift
· Ensure KPIs and production targets are consistently met
· Promote a culture of quality, safety, and efficiency
· Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices
· Lead and support your team of supervisors and operators
