Job Description This role is based in our 5 Howick Place, London office. We're looking for a Production Manager to join our team in the London office as part of Studios, Informa Festivals' Creative Content function. The Production Manager will manage relationships with key stakeholders across the division and oversee the work of our production team as they produce and deliver video assets briefed to our team. These assets include social-first content, brand films, broadcasts, and event coverage. This role will report to the Head of Production in London to manage the increased flow of creative content from Informa Festivals’ events brands. As part of our creative content function your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing the work of our team of Producers – reviewing workload and project deadlines Leading stakeholder relations across the brand (escalating to Head of Production if needed) Owning large-scale video productions from pre-production to go-live Managing mid-sized budgets for specific productions, once approved by Head of Production Acting as point-of-escalation for more junior producers Owning the organisation of the team schedule, ensuring practical production timelines Leading production team meetings and reviewing schedules on a rolling basis to confirm projects are progressing Reviewing content drafts in the first instance, prior to creative QC Keeping up to date with video & audio best practices for content on platforms such as Spotify, YouTube (shorts, pre-roll, and full video), Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok Qualifications At least 3 years’ experience in a creative project management or production management role, either in-house corporate or in agency Experience in creative production, managing the workload of multiple people (including freelancers) Experience in managing entire production lifecycle of a large-scale project from beginning to end ensuring deliverables & production timelines meet the brief Proven stakeholder management experience across all leadership levels Strong understanding of products related to video production and motion graphics (Adobe suite preferred) Experience in sourcing & hiring quality freelancers, including camera crew, onscreen talent, make-up artists, and motion graphics Additional Information We believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face.
