Ward Church is praying for the right person to be our Production Manager. Ward Church is a large facility with multiple worship opportunities. We have two services on Sunday including a Classic service with Chancel Choir and orchestra, and a Contemporary service with a full band. The Production Manager will work for our Creative Director and with our Worship Directors for each service from concept to implementation with planning for audio, lighting, video, and staging. He/she will also schedule volunteers, as well as develop notes and cues for leadership in execution during each service. The Production Manager will be responsible for all AVL equipment throughout the building. The Manager will also recruit and train volunteers to run equipment during services. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional live sound experience (church, touring, or broadcast preferred). Deep understanding of audio signal flow, RF coordination, and mixing for modern worship environments. Experience with lighting design, video switching, and broadcast systems a plus. Proficiency with Midas consoles, Waves SuperRack, and related production software. Proven ability to lead, equip, and inspire volunteers. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Passion for excellence, teamwork, and creating distraction-free worship experiences.
Responsibilities
