ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled Factory Manager to lead our Central London operations. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production, motivating the team, and ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader who can command respect, organise workflows effectively, and maintain the highest operational standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Allocate daily tasks to factory team members efficiently
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Ensure projects are completed to deadlines and to specification
• Lead, motivate, and develop the factory team in a positive, collaborative environment
