We’re looking for a Production & Marketing Assistant to support our team across print, digital, and creative execution. If you’re highly organized, tech-savvy, and love supporting teams that move quickly, we’d love to hear from you.

• Place and track print orders with vendors
• Order and manage delivery of client gifts
• Assist with editing and updating WordPress websites (Elementor)
• Post and schedule content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Create and send email campaigns using Mailchimp or Constant Contact
• Coordinate with graphic designers to manage revisions and timelines
• Support with client data collection and light SEO tasks
• Maintain project timelines, marketing asset files, and internal calendars
• Help pull basic reports on email, website, and social media performance
