研華正在尋找一位專業的 Production & Material Control Specialist，主要負責代工廠之生產排程與物料管理，確保生產計畫與物料供應之準確性與即時性。依需求透過與採購、倉儲及代工廠端協作，掌握物料齊套狀況與生產進度，以確保訂單/工單能依交期完成。主要工作內容： 1. 生產計畫管理依據客戶需求及訂單計畫,安排外包廠生產追蹤生產進度,在產出達成交期,協助產能評估與生產排程調整 2. 物料需求與齊套管理依生產需求進行 MRP物料需求下單追蹤物料到料狀況,確保生產前物料齊備,針對缺料問題提出預警並協調相關單位處理 3. 廠商協作管理與廠商窗口溝通生產排程與物料交期,追蹤生產進度與異常狀況協助處理物料相關作業人才需具備： -學歷：大學以上（工業工程、企業管理、物流相關科系佳） -經驗：2年以上生管 / 物管 / PMC相關經驗 -熟悉 ERP / SAP / Oracle 系統者佳 Can’t find a suitable opening? Responsibilities
