Description NEW PAY RANGE $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Do you like working as part of a team? We're looking for motivated individuals to be part of our aluminum casting production team. 2nd Shift available: 2nd shift schedule Monday - Thursday 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM/1:30 AM, 40 - 44 hours per week We offer a $500.00 sign-on bonus paid in two installments, plus a Safety & Attendance Reward Program up to $2,600 per year. SUMMARY To ensure smooth, continual, efficient production of quality molds and meet delivery requirements. PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES Work as part of the molding team to produce quality molds to production standards. Completely perform proper molding techniques according to AS9100 work instructions. Inspect molds and ensure acceptability. Develop and recommend changes to enhance quality and production. Be aware of and report discrepancies in the molding process to supervisor. Record production and downtime accurately and in a timely manner. Perform work in a safe manner, keeping the area neat and clean and following all health and safety rules. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements EDUCATION REQUIREMENT High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED SKILLS Ability to work and communicate well with others Ability to follow instructions Requires high degree of initiative Ability to make practical, independent decisions regarding foundry molding practices Legible handwriting Keep a neat and clean work area. PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT Physical Demands This position requires constant standing for 8 – 12 hours per day in a hot and dusty environment. Lifting arms above shoulders repeatedly. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. consistently. Working Conditions The employee is exposed to an environment where hearing protection, eye safety, safety shoes and other personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. During warm & humid weather, employee is exposed to higher heat risks due to ambient temperature along with generated heat from equipment.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility is to work as part of the molding team to produce quality molds according to production standards, ensuring smooth and efficient output to meet delivery requirements. This includes performing proper molding techniques, inspecting molds for acceptability, and recording production data accurately.
