JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for candidates who have at least 3 years’ experience in social compliance and sustainability field (Related to Apparel/ Textile/ Garment or Labor Intensive Industry). Main job includes: - Contribute and shape FR’s human rights due diligence program and supplier engagement model, including risk identification, remediation and prevention (capacity building) - Lead on FR’s social compliance cycle in our supply chain, including onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring annual assessments are conducted, review of audit reports, follow up on improvement actions and identify risk patterns. - Provide regular training to suppliers on FR’s sustainability expectations, Code of Conduct areas, and other supply chain updates. - Build strong relationships with the broader sustainability team, production team, suppliers, third-party partners to support implementation of FR’s social compliance and due diligence program. - Manage grievances reported by workers and/or stakeholders, including introducing the FR hotline to suppliers; handling cases properly from receipt to investigation, from resolution to improvement; and reporting for analysis and internal and external disclosure purposes. (Preferable) Experience in auditing, conducting trainings for suppliers, and/or doing consultancy work for international brands/organisations.
