Responsibilities:
- Manage compliance (FSQA, H&S, HR) training program for the site
- Facilitate FSQA, Health and Safety, and HR training as required
- Coordination and maintenance of training records
- Track and monitor success and completion of training programs
- Monitor and check for training effectiveness
- Develop yearly compliance training plans and execute against plan
- Update and Write all Production SOP’s
- Identified SISTEM Key User for the site
- Backfill for Production Supervisor when required
- Maintain a positive union and employee relations’ environment
- Ensure open and effective communications
- Other duties as assigne
