Apparel Fashion brand focusing on fashion accessories, known for its playful spirit and artful approach to design has an immediate Apparel Production Coordinator opportunity.

Seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to provide essential support for private label operations. This role involves managing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, overseeing packaging and ticketing processes, and ensuring all production activities are completed and hitting time and action calendars.

• Process and issue purchase orders for both domestic and international factories, ensuring accuracy and timely alignment with production schedules.
• Oversee product packaging and ticketing, including preparing detailed packing instructions and verifying compliance with client specifications.
• Serve as the main point of contact for vendors and factories to communicate requirements, timelines, and handle any issues that arise during production.
• Maintain accurate production data by entering information into internal systems and organizing digital documentation for efficient retrieval.
• Perform quality checks on all documentation prior to release to ensure precision and completeness.
• Troubleshoot production issues by collaborating with internal teams and proactively resolving discrepancies or missing information.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining focus and composure under pressure.
