Country View Family Farms is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Production Office Clerk to support our live production, maintenance, feed mill, and truck wash teams. In this role, you are a vital component of daily agricultural operations. You ensure accurate reporting, data integrity, ERP functionality, and administrative coordination that keeps our production system running efficiently. This position operates as a cross-functional bridge between production, maintenance, and finance, ensuring accurate pig movement tracking, inventory management, and operational documentation. Key Responsibilities Production Reporting & Data Management Maintain accurate production, inventory, and pig movement records Enter and reconcile data consistently throughout the week Extract, analyze, and summarize data using advanced Excel (pivot tables required) Generate weekly, periodic, and quarterly operational reports for leadership Ensure data accuracy across ERP systems (SAP or similar platforms) Support internal system administration and assist with troubleshooting Maintain benchmarks, performance scorecards, and production trackers Reconcile production and inventory data at period end ERP & Operational Support Process receipts of goods and complete livestock transfer documentation within ERP Manage and troubleshoot work orders submitted by farms and internal departments Process, distribute, close, and archive work orders Track and support vendor-related items connected to work orders Monitor maintenance team time reporting and KPI tracking Support weekly operational meetings through reporting and documentation Maintain accurate records for construction projects, facility updates, equipment requests, and farm-related purchasing Data & Financial Support Assist with Accounts Payable processes and invoice resolution Perform analytical review and data reconciliation Support financial alignment between production and accounting systems Utilize Excel and database systems (Microsoft Access preferred) to manage and validate data Prepare and submit required weekly reporting to leadership What Makes You a Great Fit High School Diploma or GED required Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data extraction, report creation, data analysis) Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar platforms preferred) Experience with database systems (Microsoft Access strongly preferred) Strong analytical and reconciliation skills High attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence Work Environment & Schedule Primarily on-site during training and until proven performance Opportunity for 1 remote workday per week after training and demonstrated success 40–45 hours per week Flexible schedule options: 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Primarily stationary office position with frequent computer use Occasional interaction with production and operational environments Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
