Paradigm Spirits is a small but mighty distillery known for complex blending, meticulous batching, and world-class flavour across whisky, gin, vodka and RTD cocktail production. We’re looking for a hands-on Production & Operations Distiller to help lead day-to-day production — from distillation to blending to batching and bottling — and ensure a smooth, scalable operation as we grow.

• Execute production across distillation, blending, batching, bottling/kegging and packaging
• Support production planning & scheduling, ensuring weekly work runs efficiently and on time
• Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance logs (excise, QA, traceability, etc.)
• Operate equipment safely and confidently (tanks, pumps, stills, centrifuges, filtration, etc.)
• Ensure clean, organized, safe workspaces: setup, teardown, sanitation, preventative maintenance
• Assist with new product development, trials, R&D blends, and process improvements
• Collaborate with all teams (Production, Fulfillment, Compliance, Sales) to keep the operation moving
• As we grow, support and mentor junior production staff — teamwork is everything here
